Who are we?
‘Orange Connect Program’ entails engagement programs wherein Mechanics engage with Timken’s authorized distributors through Orange Connect Application. The Orange Connect Application can be installed and used by anyone. However, in order to avail the benefits, one has to be a registered mechanic, which shall happen after completing the registration process and submitting all mandatory details as requested in the Application and adhering to all Terms & Conditions as mentioned in Application. Orange Connect Program’s team have the discretion to approve or reject the mechanics registration request on the basis of validation of data from registration process of mechanics. The Orange Connect is open only to mechanics that are resident Indian nationals and have purchased product of Timken and have registered in this program. Successfully registered mechanics shall avail the benefits that are designed to earn Coupons points on selective products which bears Timken physical coupons. Products are available without the coupons also as the offer keeps changing basis the promo pack and some packs of the participating products may not bear coupons due to packing error and no benefits in terms of reward via the Application will be provided for the packs without coupon. Orange Connect Team reserves the right to withdraw any or all promotion benefits, at any point of time without prior intimation. On becoming a member of the Program, the applicant authorizes Orange Connect Team to use data submitted by him/her under the Program in any manner as per the requirement of Timken’s authorized distributors. The Coupons points in the members account are non-transferable. The rewards due against Coupons points earned are not replaceable or refundable in cash nor can they be exchanged for any other alternative denominations. Any fraud or abuse of the coupons and/or rewards/benefits arising out of the Program is subject to appropriate administrative and/or legal action including forfeiture of accumulated Coupons points and related rewards/benefits, and may result into the cancellation of the membership. If some Coupons points and/or rewards/benefits are wrongly credited into coupon holder mechanics account, the same shall be debited and the person shall be informed accordingly. In case of any dispute on the Coupons points and/or rewards/benefits, the same shall be communicated to Timken’s authorized distributors. Use & Validity
1. All the Coupons, even after their issuance, remain the property of Orange Connect team. In case the closing of this orange Connect Program, the Coupons points shall lapse. 2. Coupons points can be redeemed only through Orange Connect Application 3. Coupons points can be redeemed only by way of Scanning of physical coupons.
